The Unico System is a high velocity, mini-duct air conditioning and heating system that fits where other conventional cooling and heating systems can't and with little or no remodeling required.

The modular air handlers and coils can be installed easily into attics, ceilings, crawlspaces and closets. The flexible mini-ducts can be routed through existing ceiling, floor and wall cavities, eliminating the need for unsightly and noisy metal ductwork. Because the Unico System works on the principle of aspiration, the streams of air enter a room and gently mix with the room's existing air currents. From floor to ceiling, air temperatures are even and drafts are eliminated. The Unico System removes 30% more moisture from the air (in the cooling mode) than conventional systems, due to the fact that the air passes directly over the evaporator coils at a colder temperature than on a conventional system. The Unico System outlets are small and subtle and can be installed in ceilings, walls, or floors. Several outlet styles are available so they blend with any décor. It draws, rather than pushes, air directly over the evaporator coils, creating colder temperatures than conventional systems. This means that even in the warmest, most humid months the air in your house will be dryer, more comfortable. And in colder times and climates, the Unico System delivers comfortable hot air in one of two ways- using either a hot water coil or true-hot-air heat pump coil- never scorched air method used by most conventional forced-air systems.
